What is upper blepharoplasty?

With age, the skin between the eye and the brow keeps stretching and lengthening.

Upper blepharoplasty removes that loose skin and rebuilds the crease, restoring the natural, youthful eyes you once had.

How the surgery is done

Even with the same upper blepharoplasty, the incision line and how much skin is removed differ from eye to eye. Every step, from design to suture, is done with care.

What is lower blepharoplasty?

With age, the skin under the eyes loosens and fat keeps pushing forward.

Lower blepharoplasty repositions that fat and addresses the loose skin and muscle, so the under-eye area looks youthful and fresh again.

How the surgery is done

Removing the loose skin alone does not solve it. Skin, wrinkles, fat, dark circles and the cheekbone must be assessed together for a natural result.

What is a sub-brow lift?

As aging progresses, the eyelid skin stretches and lengthens, blocking your view and making the eyes look heavy.

A sub-brow lift removes the loose skin and restores the youthful eyes you once had.

The incision follows the border between the brow and the skin, so the scar is barely visible.

How the surgery is done

A heavy, hooded upper lid is lifted from just under the brow. The loose skin is removed along the brow line, so the scar is barely visible.

What is a forehead lift?

Where the eyes and brows sit shapes the whole look around the eyes. When the brows drop, from birth or with age, the upper lids look puffy, the crease gets buried and the face looks tired.

BECOME's endoscopic forehead lift works through small incisions of about 1 cm in the scalp, so no scar shows, lifting the forehead and brows to address the cause of the sagging. The crease, puffy upper lids, wrinkles and drooping brows — the whole eye area is improved at once.

How the surgery is done

No implant is used; the hold is spread across the whole hairline for stable fixation. This keeps the risk of hair loss and relapse very low and helps the result last.
